So, you’re looking for the best overall house value you can find in your price range?  Who isn’t?

Your options are:

• Resales – You pay retail and get nice house that needs a few upgrades here and there.
• Renovations – You pay retail and get an upgraded kitchen and master bath with a fresh paint job.
• Rebuilds – You pay retail and get all new practically EVERYTHING.

Prices and home values are set by comparable sales in the area, but not all Atlanta homes are created equal.  As a buyer, wouldn’t it make sense to choose a home with standard features comparable to new construction, while still keeping the historic charm of the neighborhood you want to live in?

Our Rebuilds are priced from $200K to $350K.  Pricing depends on the size of the home and comparable sales in the area.  The majority of our homes are around the $250K price range.
