How does your program work?
We are home rebuilders. We purchase mainly foreclosures around East Atlanta Village and surrounding neighborhoods. See property locations for specific areas. We completely rebuild the homes for sale to retail home buyers.

Can’t I just buy a foreclosure on my own?
That is definitely an option for many buyers. The challenge is typically the completion of repairs that are usually necessary on bank foreclosed homes.

If I pick a house, can GCP renovate it for me? No. In order to provide the level of finish and value we demand, we can only purchase and rebuild certain properties. That being said, we welcome the opportunity to discuss your specific situation.
